Corn dogs and Root Beer Floats...that is the first food I ever had at the fair...and then the second favorite is the Belgian Waffles with strawberries and Whipped Cream...Texas State Fair is the best

I pretty much hate everything at the fair except the Roasted Corn on the Cob, still in the husk and Bratwaurst. I always end up at the far end where both stands are next to the beer hut. Its heaven!

Definately Fletchers Corny Dogs, funnel cakes, cotton candy and lots of beer.
Dislike too much beer and and running out of coupons!!! They're a ***** to find in a crowd on the ground.

They deep fried oreos this year, which was quite interesting.
I always look forward to the hand made lemonade and sausage and pepper subs. I know you can get those elsewhere than the fair, but it's like eating a hot dog at a baseball game. It's just better.
