Well I don't know why you are asking, but in my closet, I have a tranny, my sister, and a radio.
I wish they'd all shut up, as I can't get no sleep.
I'm rather cross that my sister is wearing my dress, and that my best mate, Hissing & Kissing Sid, is playing with the dials (I wanted to say ***bs) but I'd get chucked off lol.
I'd hate to be a tranny spotter.
One looks so ridiculous wearing an anorack.

First (1960s) transistor radio, latterly, transvestite. But also affectionate term for a Ford Transit van.

it used to mean a transistor radio but in this day and age people automatically think Transvestite.xxx

Transvestite. That's usually what I call it. But it's more of an indirect term. Don't ever say it to someone who really is, that's just plain rude.
