If those are the only choices, I would pick the Royal Enfield.
Why? I like it's looks better. It's an old design, and I like old things. My name is in the box, and I'm 44.
I'm glad my real choices are not that limited.
I like my Harley better than either.

Pulsar is the best because usually bullet bikes produce sound which is disturbance for others.You should buy Pulsar but don`t forget to check the pollution for the bike.All the best friend.

you said you wanted an honest answer, my answer is this, neither. both of these are crap, outdated tech and unreliable maintainance nightmares. royal enfield has the name , but that's about it. hope this helps, had to be honest, remember , it's only MY opinion as i have delt with both . 40+
