everytime i want to answer a question it keeps on coming up 'you've reached your daily limit to answering questions' what should i do ?

Wait until tomorrow. Level 1 users (such as yourself) can only answer 20 questions per day. This increases to 40 at Level 2, 60 ant Level 3, 80 at Level 4, and from Level 5 and up it's unlimited.
