I don't think Cleveland wants to be without him on the basketball court, but it will be a long time till he lives it down, and he lost alot of peoples respect including mine.
For those who say it's his choice, that's fine he could have rooted for them and not worn his hat he was at the August 11th game I was at and didn't wear a hat, I didn't even see him clap for the Yankees, although I was watching the game. He also could have got a suite or something too if he wanted, he should have had the common sense to know it would have negative repercussions.

I think no one can fault him for following his team he has rooted for all his life. However, he needs to realize that he is the man in Cleveland sports right now and maybe he should have just rooted from home instead of embarrassing himself at the Jake. He needs to realize that Cleveland is a baseball and football town and many baseball fans are Cavs fans. He probably lost a few. I heard he left after the 6th inning and I also heard as he was leaving he took off that Stinkee cap and put on an Indians hat.
GO INDIANS!!!!
Who ya gonna root for once the stinkees are eliminated LeBronx?????

If you think that Lebron really cares if you stop rooting for him because he likes the Yankees, you're stupid. Everyone in Cleveland knows that the Cavs tickets are the hardest to get mainly because everyone comes to see Lebron. He's done nothing illegal, and owes the Indians nothing. The fans get too emotionally attatched to something that means absolutely nothing. Let him be a fan just like you. Or keep repeating this crap in the media and give him a reason to leave when his contract expires so we can go back to being the laughing stock of the NBA.

Bad publicity move for someone who used to be a class-act.
I heard someone put it like this: Would you cheat on your husband/wife with your high school sweetheart? He's a big part of Cleveland now - and although he doesn't need to be a huge fan - he should support those who support him.
Like the phrase "Don't bite the hand that feeds you".
He humiliated himself. I used to think he was a class-act. No more though. This makes me doubt he'll stick around after his contract expires. He has no loyalty to his fans. Not that most superstars do... but I awalys liked to think LeBron was different.
Boo, LeBron. What a stupid and immature act.

I went to Cleveland once for a game. They are pretty loyal to the Tribe. He's a total idiot, and he'll never live this down. He thinks that just because people have been calling him the greatest his entire life, he has to support the greatest.
Here's to this egomaniac never winning a championship!

All i know is that if Cleveland doesnt stop giving him grief thant he might leave. you better be glad that he is loyal towards the cavs but loyalty only goes so far if your fans start booing you. Do you want Lebron to leave Cleveland? yeah...thats what i thought.

Would you rather have him lie and wear an Indians cap then? Come on you know he's going to give you 100% each time he steps on the court for the Cavs. You guys need to get over this. It's no big deal.

I hear hes a pretty good basketball player.
Seriously, Im a little ticked off, that my favorite athlete on my favorite basketball team would root against my favorite baseball team though. The team for the town he plays in. I think I can get over it though.

People he is a human..everybody has their own opinion the only thing i would be worried about is if he was playing basketball and rooting for the other team while he was playing. But it is not a big deal that he is wearing a yankees cap.
You guys forget that celebritys are HUMANS!!!!!!!!
