how to type Arabic word doc text with windows Vista?

I tried to change the language but it stayed English as default. I just need to type Arabic text in word document with vista.

You will have to download the Arabic font / language from Microsoft first. Once you have the language and fonts go to your Regional and Language Settings and change the language there.
