Im also thinking that there isnt much Energy nutrition in my hydro active lucozade. Theres a lot more in mt Mexican bean wrap. Which incidently was very tasty!

What's going on in my head is that life is good. I've found a new friend, I'm losing weight rapidly (the goal is ten stones by next summer) and ... well, life is better than it ever has been at the moment.
