How can I open" Windows life messenger" using firefox?

I use Firefox for Internet but have also a Hotmail Inbox
Each time I try to access Hotmail,IE7 starts.
How can I open Hotmail without IE7

Both are made for Microsoft, so it is coded into Messenger.

There is a program called 'StuffPlug 3'. If you install it on your Messenger, it can do a bunch of cool things like open more than one Messenger account, and even opens your Hotmail using Firefox.

This is cool, and I promise you it is not a virus. Do some research on it, you'll be impressed :)
