I am 20 and pregnant with my first child and I wouldn't change a thing except the toll it's taking on my body (lol) I have always had pretty big breast but now they have started to droop I'm not sure if they are gonna perk back up..but if they dont what kid of surgery can I have to make them not look so saggy...also is there any kind of surgery to remove stretch marks or at least make the fade to almost nothing?

I am 36 weeks... this wednesday I will be 37 weeks :)>

I hope I haven't given anyone the impression that I am unhappy about my baby...my little girl was planned and is the light of my life....my body woes in no way diminish how happy I am about her...so I appreciate it if people...skanks like charli would tone down the rudeness thanks :)

I'm sorry sweetie, welcome to motherhood... I was 20 when I had my first, and my 36DDD became a 38DDD, but droopy and never perked back up. As far as stretch marks go, I tell my kids they are my war wounds. As far as surgeries go, I'm sure a breast reduction would perk those puppies back up since extra skin and fat are removed, and I know there are some laser surgeries that can be done to help remove stretch marks, but honestly look at it as a mark of victory. You and your body have accomplished a wonderful, beautiful thing, your new baby. Wear your "war wounds" proudly, you are a mommy!!!

I am 23 and 37 weeks pregnant with my first and I know what you are talking about. I have strech marks all over my breast and on my sides but none on my belly(smile) I was told to use medermaand cocca butter it should help. As far as the sag in your breast girl I dont know. I said if mine looked to bad I was going to get a lift or something.

There is a cream you can use on your stretch marks to make them blend and look not as crisp and in-your-face, but the big, deeper-looking ones won't completely go away.
Your breasts will start to get back to normal after you stop breast feeding. If you're uncomfortable with them still, you could get a reduction done, but it's probably not the wisest decision.

That's weird that ur breast went smaller, well mine did too but because i breastfed for 18 months. A breast lift would do the trick though and strech marks .... theres a lot of creams out there but who knows if they work

i had an auntie who kept using push up bras after giving birth, and it really did prevent the breast sag. for stretch marks, use the cocoa butter stick from body shop!

When you drop the baby weight you will be ok. You can get cream for stretch marks, but they may disappear own their own too.
You are so young, I sure you will look like yourself in no time.

Use coco butter during and after pregnancy to get rid of strech marks, your boobs should go back to the way they were a few months after pregnancy.

You sad pathetic woman. When you have your surgery get a new brain!!!
It's your new look, and that is that. Welcome to motherhood. If you don't like it you shouldn't have had a baby.

Skanks like Charli, ah? You ought to look in the mirror. I am not asking for a surgery opinion. They are stretch marks for Christ sakes and saggy breasts. Who cares. I have thousand of stretch marks on my stomach, but do you hear me crying over it?? NO, they are simply a part of motherhood, that shallow people like you can't handle. If you look after yourself they fade anyway and your breasts firm up.
So stop looking for sympathy!
