As a matter of policy, a person who quit the job for a new one, should stick to it for a minimum period of 2 years, and 5 year service is better.

If the person wants to start his own Business, a ten year service is a must. This helps the person to gain more knowledge about the Business secrets and to save sufficient Capital which is required for his new venture.

i have been working as a singer for 11 years before that i raised my kids and worked behind bars and clubs, i keep my jobs for the long haul

well I've only had 1 so far...and it's a camp counselor in the summer but next summer will be my 4th year working there =)
