As a matter of policy, a person who quit the job for a new one, should stick to it for a minimum period of 2 years, and 5 year service is better.
If the person wants to start his own Business, a ten year service is a must. This helps the person to gain more knowledge about the Business secrets and to save sufficient Capital which is required for his new venture.
