Men are more sensitive than we want to give them credit for and if he says he loves you when your together, he will love your more when your apart.

If he is with other people then I don't think he loves you. Because, it would hurt me if someone told me that they loved me yet when I wasn't around was with other women. If he truly loved me then he wouldn't want to hurt me. I do believe that he cares for though however, I wouldn't read TOO much into it or may any real sacrifices for him yet.

If he says he cares, then he probably does.
You have to take his word for it.. and most of us can tell if the guy cares or not
