Mitt Romney. Any man that can tie his dog to the roof of the family car and drive happily down the road on holiday, then when the dog pukes out of fear, just hose it off and continue the ride is NOT the sort of person I want to run the country and be in charge of the military. Anyone who can be that callous and fabricate a justification for it is psycho.

No. As tough as things are on the national and international stage, now, they're nothing compared to the early sixties, when the Cold War was at it's height (so the continued existance of the world was litterally at stake), and social upheaval was taking place domestically. Electing an inexperienced presidency then got us the Bay of Pigs, Cuban Missle Crisis, Vietnam, and so forth. Today, we're still reeling from some of that stuff. But, the nation and the world survived, and it will almost certainly survive regardless of how bad a choice (and, let's face it, it's not like there /are/ any good choices) we make for President this time around.

I have to say Mitt Romney, though not for the reasons Juan says. I had not read this story, but if true it certainly does not speak well of the man! My reason is the same reason that I would not vote for Tom Cruise, John Travolta, or any other member of an odd cult.

Rudy is going to win. When you think about it America may say it has advanced but it has not. They will not vote for a woman because they are sexist and they will not vote for a black man because they are raciest. To many men would hate to think the Supreme Commander of the most powerful county in the world is led by a woman. As for the other side do you really think the KKK will let a black man in? America is still set in a 1940s mind frame. So who will win, Rudy. Who knows, maybe he will clean up the US like he did NYC.

I have to agree with Juan on Mitt Romney, the other one I would say is Hillary Clinton, I just can't grasp a hold of her healthcare plan.
