NO, because thats not the way it works. Love inspires feelings, feelings inspire understanding, and understanding inspires tolerance and a whole load of other things, so really the only new thing civilation give us is technology and knowledge to do this process better within ourselves. Or in other worlds that sort of behavior IS NOT DEPENDENT ON CIVILIZATION!!!! Only love.....
