Don't you think the food, the type of ambience comes in to the equation?
Call it Who knows? because I haven't a clue what sort of restaurant it is apart from your view that it is contemporary.
Call it Contemporary!!!? Call it New! or call it The Bar with no name. Nameless? Blank? No name, no blame? What's up Doc? Any suggestions? Help? Drink? Food? Eat? Be merry?
Fill up? Filling station? Come in. We're open!

'moderne'-modern in french
'modèle'-style in french
'aspire'
'aspirez'-aspire in french
'Zeitgeist' (this means spirit of the age or you could shorten it to 'ZG')
These are a few ideas. I like words in french as they sound more exotic and interesting, whilst having a strong meaning. I think a new bar/restaurant should have strong branding that supports the values of people that will eat there. The customers you are likely to attract will be aspirational, young people and a fresh and compelling name that is easy to remember will work well.

Zenith's. ( zenith means at it's highest point) I love this word. It would suit a bar because it says you can't get any better. Good luck. Let us know what you pick.
