by way of the years I certainly have made a gadget the place there are not any leftovers here few days. I do away with any meat from the carcass and divide it so. a million Sandwich high quality slices, 2 decrease the rest into small cubes, 3 make soup from the carcass. I then freeze all of it. while i prefer a sandwich, I make it. The cubes are for croquettes, and the soup is going great on a chilly night. LUV

I don't cross borders for a turkey sorry, my local supermarket crosses for me!

Fran hon I would never take your turkey, especially after you gave him a name and all....LOL

Mine's going to be good and pickled in white wine (as will I, I hope) so I'm sure it won't feel a thing!!!

The other Charlie the one that is forgeting we are Canadian ,...darn those eggheads, we know it's Canadian Thanksgiving and they want to steal it from us. Some refuse to acknowledge our traditions and shun us, but why are you here to live on the fat of our land, Diefenbaker would roll in his grave!
HAPPY CANADIAN THANKSGIVING!
