I get spam all the time about it, but why would any man want to increase it? I don't understand.

Increasing ejaculate is important for production of sperm for procreation, though many other drugs are available for making your sperm more motile. You could probably ask a Dr. about such things.
Increasing ejaculate for your own pleasure is not really important as the amount of ejaculate is not relative to the orgasm or the intensity.

There are drugs for increasing motility of sperm. I can't find any reason to use them except for the breeders to make more welfare babies for the taxpayers to support.
