Dear Lady Toffington-Posh,

I have just viewed one of my colleagues scan pictures and they have the date, time and both Christian and Surname on them. These where done by the NHS but a lady of your obvious standing would no doubt be treated privately and I would make sure that they performed the new 3 d scan. Just a tip, don't scan your baby scans into your pc, it destroys them. Good luck with the pregnancy my Lady. Lo xxx

I have a total of 5 sonogram photos from 4 pregnancies. Two have my full name, and three have my first initial and surname. All have the date of picture

I had 3 ultrasounds, 1 had my name on, the other two just had my hospital number on.
My 3d ones had both mine and my husbands first names on.
Im in the UK... dont know if this is different elsewhere.

Yes, they normally have the mothers name, hospital/nhs number and the date on them, as well as the gestational age of the fetus.

Hey I'm 5months pregnant tomorrow and I had my first scan at 16weeks and it has both my surname and first name on..my age...the hospital name and the date of the scan! hope this helped x

My 12 week scan did but my 21 week didn't

Any I have been shown have not had the mothers name on just a range of numbers and date and time.....

Yes it does. it will have hospital name, date and a mothers name and even the time.

i went for my 21 week scan 8 weeks ago and mine included my full name on it xx

Yes, they do. That helps to identify who's scan it is and it also prevents anyone from trying to "use" someone elses ultrasound scans as their own.
