Drink - it ruined my career, I lost my freedom, daughter, husband, car and house and it does that to everyone.

There are many things I would never do again.I am 52 years old and have made some mistakes in that time.
One that comes to mind is hitching a ride. Once i did it alone which I usually never did( always at least two of us) I was 18 years old. This guy in a sports car picked me up and then started to say he was a sex theripst or something, it freaked me out so much that I jumped out at the first light.
After finally getting home, I swore I wouldn't do it ever again.

cheating during exams.

i had a lot of cheating moments way back college days.it must've been a hundred times or so.i'm not the type who usually cheats.but with the pressure of passing and the trend of "survival of the fittest",i found that as my last resort.i used to be an excellent student. but somehow,i got influenced by my lazy classmates and wound up as part of the batch's below average students.it was shameful, not to mention very insulting(the used-to-be-achiever)..

3 years of performing the act(i only started doing that during sophomore years at medSchool),i passed.graduated.and eventually became a registered health care practitioner.

come to think, who was i kidding?NOBODY.it was a given fact that i have been fooling myself all along.something i refused to believe before.my professors may not have noticed my "degrading hobby", but deep inside,i sure had my conscience haunt me.and until now,i am paying for those debts.imagine going on duty at the hospital yet feeling ignorant about what to do,who to prioritize in rendering care(patients),what 1st aid care to provide...sounds pathetic alright.that's why i read again.it's like educating yourself one more time, without having to pay for your tuition, that is!experience became my teacher.and every mistake is my wake-up call never to cheat again.i am dealing with life, therefore i must not play with it.

Go back into a relationship with my ex-boyfriend. We were to & fro for 5 years and I wasted so much time and way too many tears on someone who just didn't love me! That is one mistake that I am certain I have learned from..

It's not that I wouldn't do it again, but I would be careful HOW I do it...and not let things get to where I had to in the first place.

Got someone I loved in trouble. Of course I felt guilty, and hurt, and sad. But it had to happen.

Peace.
