Hi little flower . . . good to see you here again!
As editor of a twice weekly newspaper, and as manager of the business, as well as a dad, added onto that involved with numerous community activities, the leadership issue happens
pretty much constantly! Cope with? I don't know if any true leader actually ever likes the role of leadership: it's more of a task that you perform to the best of your abilities. You make mistakes (sometimes often - sometimes bad ones!) and you learn from them. Most of the times you are but one small step ahead of those you are leading . . . Often times you have little time to prepare and have to literally think on your feet, but: self knowledge, leads to self-confidence, leads to pushing yourself to the utmost limits, leads invariably to good leadership abilities. Know your OWN limitations; surround yourself with people who have the right skills and know-how; know their limitations; and work out a plan to utilize ALL your resources to the utmost. When the crunch (invariably) comes, you know exactly how far beyond limitations you CAN push yourself and the team you are leading! Above all: have faith - in a Higher power; yourself, and the people who look up to you . . .
Have a great weekend!

always and i have no idea why, i always seem to become the ring leader, even if im not up for it lol. i just cope with it by saying, this is what i think and this is what im going to do. ill take your opinions on board but at the end of the day, you don't have to be here. be firm but decisive but not bigheaded or inconsiderate.

thats my job. I don't feel like I have to cope with it, it's part of who I am. If I get stressed, it's nothing that a few glasses of wine doesn't sort!

Just about never, I have the nebulous role of "middle management" which is kinda a nowhere place to be.
