Usually it's easier to replace a bad habit with a good habit instead of just trying to get rid of the bad habit, So find something you can do instead of masturbating, something that you will enjoy in a non-sexual way or that makes you feel good about yourself. Maybe go running or shoot baskets. Maybe during the time of day when you're used to jerking off, arrange to do some serious volunteer work. Set a goal of two extra A's on your next report card and study hard at the library instead of coming home and giving in.
Masturbation is normal, although it is absolutely not true that everybody does it. But if YOU think it's a problem for you, then it's a problem, and you need to deal with it by filling your time with other activities that enhance your feelings of self worth. Nobody else should say that it isn't a problem if it's really bothering you. However it is extremely common, and don't beat up on yourself too badly if you find that limiting it works better for you than cutting it out completely.
There is more to life than sex. We all like sex, but relationships with friends and family matter, too. So does doing well in school. Set your priorities, and try to keep them in mind. Hands are for more than jerking off -- use yours to carve a work of art or comfort a seriously ill person or push a child's swing. Enrich your life and you will have no time left for sitting alone and pumping.
Good luck.

Sexual addictions are almost impossible to get rid off because it is in the hands of the nature. The urge to masturbation shows that you have a lot of sexual energy getting created. The natural way is to go into sex. The urge to masturbate will get reduced as you age or your body gets weaker. But also note that this energy can be redirected into other areas of life.Socialise more will be a simple solution. If you want to achieve anything phenomenon in the life the first plug to apply is on sexuality. But a hundred percent ban on sex is very dangerous step. It can be done only under the guidance of a guru. It is a harmless habit. But it is immature too. If you are too much into it, you will be shrinking inside. Shrinking from responsibilities, shrinking from the outside world. Sex with a partner is a challenge. An expansion happens to you. But masturbation is good at least to relieve you of the pressure. So go into it till the time you learn how to deal with this pressure. Stopping by force is not the right way.It will give you more problems that are extremely difficult to solve. So keep masturbating when you get sexually aroused and go into sex when you have a regular partner.

Don't be so hard on yourself. There are many of us in the same situation. Masturbation is an addiction that only you can overcome. You need a strong will to come out on top. I have decided to live with my addiction. I enjoy it too much to give it up and I will not feel guilty for doing it. I treat it as a hobby that I love and I will not let it control my life. Luck to you.

Dont beat yourself up too much about this huni, masterbation is a very natural thing and should never been looked upon as a bad thing. You say you are young, in your teens, masterbation is like a learning curve?! Its you learning about your body! How much do you masterbate on a daily basis, I mean there's only so many miutes in a day love!! If you really do think that you masterbate too much restrict yourself and as you have already said, gradually decrease the amount day by day. All men masterbate and if they say they dont there lying and all woman have a play too, sometimes I cant get through the day without a little play, its normal, its healthy.
Take care

The short answer to your question is: you can't.
To masturbate is a natural function and will remain with you for life, whether you are in a relationship or not.
You should try to understand that every other young boy your age is the same. You are no different. Masturbation is normal and healthy and as long as it is done in private, it should be a pleasurable activity. You have nothing to feel ashamed or embarrassed about.

Had almost same problem on my teenage.
You can do something else to forget about masturbate.
like learn something new and work in it. A new language, music, Cars, Bikes whatever it is do something new--it will definitely change you--but it is not possible to get rid of it. Actually we need to do it.

I think you are looking for something to place the blame on. Get out and be sociable, be a joiner and stop blaming the fact that you masturbate. Everyone does it.

HEY DUDE, I ALSO WENT THROUGH THAT STAGE IN MY TEENAGE YEARS, IT'S NORMAL BUT YOU SEEM TO HAVE A HIGH STATE OF LIBIDO, TRY TO RESIST TEMPTATION GRADUALLY BY FOCUSING ON OTHER ACTIVITIES LIKE SPORTS, BOOKS, OR HANG OUT WITH FRIENDS TO DIVERT YOUR ATTENTION. FIND A GIRL AND DO SEX NATURALLY TO EASE UP YOUR GUILT. IT'S NORMAL, YOU CAN REACH ME IRVINGERARDD. TAKE CARE
