There is some credible evidence to suggest that the Bush administration might have participated in - or at least knew about - the 9/11 'terrorist attacks':
a) Bush's younger brother being in charge of security for the Twin Towers shortly before the incident;
b) Experts who claim the buildings were brought down by carefully-engineered demolitions;
c) Demolitions experts inside the buildings, on unoccupied floors, just days before the buildings collapsed;
d) Debris from the wreckage suddenly being used to build a new U.S. battleship instead of being stored for further investigation and examination;
e) Witnesses who heard explosions;
f) A commission's hastily-prepared investigative report.*
If that's not enough to instill some doubt, consider how many times our government has lied to us before:
1) Speculation still abounds that FDR knew about Pearl Harbor before it was attacked, but did nothing to prevent the deaths of U.S. soldiers, knowing it would lead us into World War II;
2) Our government lied about U-2 spy planes flying over the U.S.S.R. until Khrushchev shot one down and displayed it for all the world to see;
3) The Warren Commission's sanitized version of the JFK assassination is still held up to skepticism, but documents were sealed for 75 years - until 2038 - so that most of us who witnessed that event won't be around to challenge the Commission's findings;
4) The military has never satisfactorily explained the events surrounding UFOs in Roswell, New Mexico sixty years ago, especially to those residents who saw it all;
5) The government lied about U.S. battleships being attacked in the Gulf of Tonkin, which led us directly into the Vietnam War;
6) The military lied about the effects of Agent Orange on Vietnam veterans;
7) The White House lied about a third-rate burglary in the Watergate Hotel until two young reporters dug out the truth and a U.S. President was forced to resign;
8) The Reagan administration lied about an 'arms-for-hostages' deal that ultimately was uncovered and became the scandalous Iran-Contra affair;
9) The White House lied about 'weapons of mass destruction' in Iraq, which led us directly into an immoral, unconstitutional, illegal, and unjustifiable 'war' against another sovereign nation that in no way threatened, provoked or attacked the United States;
10) Our government lied about 'detainees' being sexually abused and tortured, in direct violation of the rules of the Geneva Convention, until an enterprising whistleblower
posted pictures on the Internet.
IF our government has been known to lie to us in the past, WHY shouldn't we question our government's role in the 9/11 events? To blindly believe what our government tells us is reckless, dangerous and ignorant. As citizens, we have a right - and an obligation - to hold our government's feet to the fire, demand the truth, and ensure that sinister activities are exposed. Anyone who just follows along and accepts the government's word is steering this nation toward totalitarianism. -RKO- 10/05/07

Yes inside job! Look at the pentagon pics, there is no way a big plane hit that building! The roof line stayed in tact! Building 7 fell and it was not hit by a plane! People heard the explosions just before the towers fell, all buildings fell just like buildings that are being taken down do! There are names of hijackers on a list, that are people still alive! Government confiscated all tapes of whatever hit the Pentagon except one and you can't tell in that pic what it was! Why did they confiscated them in the first place or released any of the others? There are just to many unanswered questions to believe anything but it being an inside job! It wouldn't be the first time our government killed innocent people to make things go the way they want them to go!!! Don't be so naive!

I don't think so. I really feel this is tin-hat inspired rumour. I can't see what the American Government would have to gain from doing this, really I can't. They just lost too much.
Also the way some Muslims (obviously not all) subscribe to this theory I find slightly offensive because its as though they can't admit that someone who ostenstibly follows their religion might be capable of this. We know the 7/7 bombers were Muslims - they left video diaries confessing what they were going to do and why they were doing it and I've still heard people trying to claim it "wasn't done by Muslims". Thats ludicrous. Its like they are in denial.

Why are you bringing up the past, 9/11 happened back in the year 2001. People of the state of NY and the United States of America are trying to move on. You are not respecting the USA by bringing up something that happened 6 years ago. This is no disrespect for the people of the United States of America, but people need to move on and move on with their lives, to live. The people that had passed away and died had moved on to a better place now..they have become angels, the ones that were totally innocent in all this drama.
Have some respect for the people of USA, this was a very tragic event. When I was a child I have always wanted to go to NY to see the Twin Towers in NY. I live in Canada.

yes in a town (DC) where a person can't keep a BJ in the oval office secret they somehow managed to plan hi-jacking 3 planes and setting precision charges in one of the bussiest building in the world all without know one noticing or getting pictures of them doing it.
Think it over. How many people do you thing it would take to put in all of those charges? 20 or so at least. So those 20 people would have to keep a sercet, plus they would have to be asked and agree to killing thousands of americans. Then you have all of the officals who would have to be involved you dont think bush was running around asking the people himself do you. Now all of those people would have to agree to it and also have to keep the secret.
Are you starting to get the idea

We'll never know. Im not convinced a plane crashed into the pentagon though, theres a lot of evidence to suggest that never happened.
I did get sick of researcching this subject after a while though as theres a lot of nonsense surrounding it. The goverment obviously know a lot more than they are letting on but the truth will never be released.
Its just one of those terrible disasters that will never be justified humanely.

It happened six years ago. The matter has been thoroughly investigated by sane, intelligent people. The muslim crazies did it.
There are still people claiming a conspiracy in the John Kennedy assassination. That happened 44 years ago. Are we going to be plagued with conspiracy theories on 9/11 for the next 38 years? If so, I am turning off my computer.

I remain stunned that so many people in this country still believe this tripe. So much for public education I guess.

Yea it was, the airliners exploding inside the buildings along with the fire inside the buildings, caused them to collapse.
So you see, it was an inside job after all,
All the damage was done inside the buildings.
