why do they tuck bed sheet under mattress in hotel rooms?!?

why do they stuff the edges of bed sheets under the mattress in hotel rooms? when we sleep we pull them out of there and its annoying, cant they figure something out?

I do it at home too because I move a lot when I sleep and it helps keep the sheet somewhat in place.
