Aliens are non-citizens. So there are millions of them. They are all human, or so I'm told. You can't be sure though, just look at some of the questions and answers on Yahoo Answers. How can humans be that ignorant?
Most extraterrestrial life forms are probably the local equivalent of bacteria. Most life forms on Earth are bacteria.
