it was punishment by other people unknown to you....they were controlling things so that didnt happen...so people stayed away from you and avoided you........were told not to interact with you.........all the beautifull girls you saw were given instructions to never get involved with you or communicate with you...
how would you deal with this if this was the case....if such a cruel thing befell you all your life?
would you feel extremely angry and want to find those responsible for influencing people to stay away from you and ostracize you?

im a 30 year old bpd sufferer, whos had a traumatic life, bullying and abuse....never formed any friends or relationships.....so i sometimes, in my low darkest moments, find myself thinking things like this

are you taking medication?side effects of bi-polar disorder vary among the individual. I'm a firm believer in self-control in a few areas to halt these self-defeating attitudes caused by depression, and no amount of medication will subside this. As the old saying goes; The bad penny always returns. Spurts of mania are apparent in your testimony the issue of abuse should be put aside and treated outside of the BPD. An acknowledgment of several areas and the final acceptance to join yourself in a therapy session will be a challenge for you since egotism is so apparent. Stop advertising the abuse excuse! Get with the act of helping yourself, the whole world is waiting for your intervention and it is due time, you may be a very logical type of person for whom thousands could learn from.

You need to meditate or pray whatever belief you follow. The more you ll go towards spirituality the more people will start accepting you. Add some garlic in your diet. It helps with BPD. Moreover do exercise on daily basis. Do not go for weight training. Do cardio exercises like jogging, running and cycling. When you will do this for a week only, you will notice that people will be more attracted towards you.

Take control of your life. Do you really think there is a conspiracy theory against you?
Analyse your relationships with your close ones - family..
You may find some answers there.

But what I would really advise is - change your surroundings - start everything from scratch - go live in a different city, and treat people nicely - smile! and life will smile back.

hi Le fan.it is not beyond the realms of possibility that long ago, what someone could not do with their fists they did with their tongue.its a possibility that cant be ruled out.the thing to focus on is who is in absolute control of all things.who makes plans that cant be thwarted.the wrongdoing of others has potential to destroy lives.Winson Churchill once said that the more he saw people and the more he listened to people the more he loved his dog.however, what to do is to examine yourself to see if there are character defects that need to be dealt with.you should begin by forgiving all who trespassed against you and pray for them.rid yourself of resentment against all who you feel misjudged you.simply ask GOD to bless them.because the alternative will turn you into a very bitter twisted individual.I'm sure you would not wish to hand your detractor(s)that on a plate.do you?

There are a lot of people who avoid me, but the reason is not that they think they are better than me.These people is just afraid of me (if i don't like how people act or speak i can tell it rudely). I don't care about these people and advice you not to do that too. You if someone gives "beautiful girls" instructons what to do and what not to do and these girls listen to those intructions, than there is no worth of that girls.
But if you don't like yourself, than change. Be more sociable, don't be afraid to tell your opinion. If you will be a little rude with people they will respect you.THAT I CAN TELL YOU.

First of all you need to stop listening to the devil. He tries to lie to us all the time, but we don't have to believe his lies.
Make a decision to make Jesus your number one friend and talked to Him everyday just as you would anyone else.
He will lead you to have the relationships and friends that would be most beneficial to you.
