Maria
She is the cutest and sexiest thing in the history of all creation, she has a real talent for comedic performances and has a great role on Raw where the writers know exactly how to use her. And she's the freakin' Val Venis of women's wrestling. Is she the best wrestler ever? No, but she's incredibly hard-working and charismatic in the ring. Maria goes all out in her wrestling performances, selling moves like there's no tomorrow and really sucking you into the match with her acting.
Just someone employed to do all the non-wrestling stuff, plus she gives us a reason to care for Santino Marella.
She is under-rated because people seem to think she is just some dumb ditzy airhead with no talent.

Definition of underrated (in wrestling) - people who are GOOD wrestlers but are forced to job and/or tone down their moves.
Most of these people brought up Diva Search models but the real underrated divas are Beth Phoenix (who can beat Candice in 10 seconds flat in a real fight) and Jillian Hall

I would say Gail Kim, just because she was one of the sexiest divas in the business, one of the best wrestlers, and had a lucha libre talent. Why they ever released that woman, I don't know, but I do know that with Jeff gone and Styles being shoved under CLB, Gail is one of the only reasons I'd watch TNA.

IN HISTORY LITA :4 REIGN THAT LASTES 1 MONTH EACH ONE,AND HER LAST ONE 3 WEEKS,AND BEFORE SHE BROCK HER NECK SHE SHOULD HAVE HAD THAT TITLE FOR A LONG TIME.
TODAY michelle mccool: she is realy talented but she is stock on smackdown and still never had an oppurtuniti at the title since her debut.victoria won the title twice for a long time so i cant say she is that underated.

gotta go with michelle mccool. she's being held back on smackdown, being chuck palumbo's arm candy 'n all. if they moved her to raw they can tap into her potential and be a viable contender for the women's title.

I would say layla. She needs some more training and to get out of that extreme expose garbage.
