A week is a very short space of time to expect to see results, what are you trying to achieve (weight loss, muscle toning / building)? And what type of exercise?

Vary it. Lower your cals, change the exercises you're doing/up the amount of time you're doing/do more intense workouts. If nothing's changing you're still consuming the same amount of calories you need to maintain the weight you are at and there is no deficit.

Find out your weight in pounds and multiply it by 11, that will tell you the amount of calories you need each day to maintain the weight you are at (e.g. you weigh 150 lb, 150lb x 11 = 1650, therefore 1650 cal daily is needed to maintain that weight).

Factor in the amount of calories you burn exercising as well (e.g. if you require 1600 calories per day and are burning off 300 but eating 1900 cals per day, you have no deficit and are still providing your body with 1600 cals daily.

Give it a few more weeks. If you see no change, see your doctor. There may be health reasons for this.
