I mean they are talking abut BEDBUGS on This Morning fergawdsake!

On the other channels are Jeremy bloody Kyle, Jerry Springer (you can choose from either British Chavs or American Trailer Trash fighting over paternity suits and who stole their man) or programmes about the RSPCA!

I have a theory. Its to stop people bunking a day off work, force the unemployed to find a job and drive stay-at-home mums like me slowly but surely insane!

And yes I have switched it off. I'd go nuts watching that crap!

Caz - the reason I'm at home is that I have a 10 month old son, no family to help with childcare and anything I earned from working would be spent on a childminder or nursery place so its hardly worth it! I'd sooner enjoy being with my son for his first year thanks, rather than paying someone else to look after him.

its all gone downhill since David Dickinson stopped presenting Bargain hunt. But don't worry this afternoon you get the fantastic neighbours, diagnosis murder and murder she wrote, that will raise your views of daytime TV!

It's a numbers and ratings thing. Basically fewer people watch daytime TV and the advertising revenue goes down so less money is spent on programming at that time of day.
Jeremy bloody Kyle, the self-righteous bully boy of day time TV show casing the tragic lives of the great unwashed, should be shot, brought to life and shot again.

It's probably because they know they won't get the high ratings so they put on any old crap. I'm a stay at home mum too, but I gave up on daytime TV years ago, that's why I spend so much time on here!!! Mind you it's also good to get out of the house when you have a baby to look after, why not check out your local toddler groups, most of them have baby toys and it's good to get out and meet other mums in your area.

If I watched daylight hours television, in line with probability i'd have generally used approximately each and all the laxatives obtainable, and by no ability had the 5 lb butt toddler. they don't tutor laxative classified ads on nickjr. or playhouse disney.

Get a job!!!

Then you wouldn't have to watch it. Daytime TV is designed for unemployed people (hence things like Jeremy Kyle)

They must think everyone works days so what they air doesn't have to be entertaining because no one is watching.
