you should know what is too much for you...

hubby and mum are looking out for you, if you do it for a while and love it then great... if it turns out you can't handle it, then tell them they were right, and "thanks for the concern"

but no reason not to do it!!

exercise has the great side effect of giving you more restful sleep and more energy - so you may love it - not just for toning sake!!

Good on you! No wonder you are tired though, sounds like you are really busy! Just make sure you are eating really well (especially your calcium intake)

You are doing the right thing for your body - the more exercise you do, the more energy you have and the better you feel.

I congratulate you on being so motivated and active. Your husband should be counting his blessings that he has such a yummy mummy as a wife!

Just out of interest, are you tandem feeding (ie breastfeeding both the toddler and the baby?)

It in all threat took me as much as a 365 days for each and all of the load to return off. I nonetheless selection a touch, i don't pay too plenty interest. I certainly have had 4 teenagers, breastfed all of them as much as 13 mos. you have carried out great so some distance. you're nonetheless wanting extra food, so concentration on your intake, not what you're dropping. there is a few weight which you may shop on at a similar time as nursing - extra water weight and whatnot. i'm particular I misplaced 5-10 extra lbs as quickly as i finished nursing, each time. i'm 36 now and at my pre-being pregnant weight of a hundred and fifteen lbs. i've got not carried out something particular. I eat nicely and excercise. making particular you're ingesting adequate dairy, lean protein, wholegrains and frest culmination and greens is the superb thank you to make particular you come down on your appropriate weight. healthful fat are significant too - like olive oil, safflower oil and avocados! So, do not decrease those fullyyt. you would be superb! superb desires!!!

Sounds just fine to me. If you are able to easily wake for night feeds and it isn't a problem for you or baby, then carry on with what you are doing!!

Only you know how you feel. However if you push your body too much you may find your milk supply will dwindle. Make sure you keep a healthy diet going.

Just be sensitive to your own body and be careful with yourself. Otherwise, go for it!
