I don't think so - less than 1g. I think the health benefits of eating something with a high level of vitamin B would outweigh the tiny amount of fat it may contain.

absoutely not

having a jar of marmite handy (as you do) - per 100g, there's 0.1g of fat, and only a 'trace' for saturated fats.
