I am supporting orphans and poor children on education. For more information you can check http://www.newshrinefoundation.org. I got an email saying she is going to die very soon and she wants to support us giving US$18 million. I could not figure out whether this is scam or not ?

I am totally shocked by this letter you got.
Having read It, I believe It rings "Very False" to me. I think you have to re-search this Information with a lot more thought and care before thinking All this amount of money Is available.Naturally I would "LOVE" to believe the whole thing, sadly, I think the statement (At the moment), Is not worth taking at face value.

It seems a fraud don't involve into this, just for the sake of information check what she wants from you, upon what agreement she wants to have an agreement because nobody is so helpful to give you 18m dollar without any specific reason. Check and foresee the demand, judge and weight it how it will work if you go and have a tie with this lady.

The charity looks legitimate, however the letter sounds anything but.....

Don't give anyone your bank account number so that they can "wire" money to you. They will wipe you out.
