well u go 4 fruits.greenveg.youghurt and most imp drink loads of water and never used hard shampoo,used always mild-shampoo if ur gal so dnt tie ur hair while u sleep n while u go out cover ur hair coz dust n sun can damage ur hair and most imp go 4 deep conditioner once a month its make ur hair silky,shiney,soft...........

drink more milk & milk items, Ghee Etc.
massage the scalps twice in a week. have juce which is avialable by the season.. its very good to have apple juce for hairs
