the Filipino Mafia is still alive and well. Our first year in Yoko, we arrived just after Easter. There was this BIG flap about how no Easter Hams made it to the floor of the commissary, and yet hundreds were ordered. turns out when they arrived, the dock workers called their friends, and they were being sold directly from the dock.
