I need the correct weight for postage costing

Thank you to the cheeky answers of why don't you take to the post office or weigh it on a scale. Gee, don't you people think I know that?! I obviously needed a quick answer and don't have a post office or scale at my disposal.

If it's a slimline case with no insert (like a CDR) it's 57.4g
If it's a music CD with normal case and a average sized insert it's 100.8g

Put it on a scale and you'll find out for sure.
If you want to know the cost of posting the thing, put it on a scale at a Post Office, having told the person behind the counter that all you want to know is the cost of posting the thing. If you consider the cost reasonable, then you can send it there and then.

It's the size that matters most up to 100g!
I've just sent some myself so I know!
The size for a letter is 240 x 165 x 5mm max thickness so with a thin case it's a 1 first class stamp!
I didn't use a case I used plastic sleeves with 3 dvd's & put 'Please do not bend' on the A5 envelope with no problems.
