I don't eat chips. I haven't drank soda in about 2 years. I don't smoke. I drink some red wine maybe 2-3 times a month. I eat fruits, veggies, tofu, fish, rice, yogurt, bread, miso soup. oh I live in Japan. I drink H2O, green tea, juice, and have cut way back on coffee. Maybe 1 cup every 2-3 days.

sometimes when you improve your food - the posions come out of your body. meaning - good fruits and veggies are way better than chips and sodas//////

so your body rejoices that is has some EXCELLENT building blocks and throws out the JUNK! - and sometimes it comes out SO FAST - gives the impression of a cold

keep it up - get plenty of water to flush it all away!

best of luck!
