Also can anybody tell me how to make homemade protein shake by only using ingridents from normal supermarket like Coles, Woolworth and etc. Also good workout diet menu that is simple.

Hard boil some eggs and eat the egg whites, but not the yolk. You can also drink fat-free milk for protein.

usually consume a meal with between 40-60 carbs approx 1-2 hours before your workout. You can have approx 25g protein 45 min before working out so you have some fuel as well for your workout. Consume your whey protein shake within 30 minutes of finishing your workout for optimal results.

Blender
Ice
Milk
Yougurt
Banana (any fruit)
wheat germ
blend, enjoy

Oh, Eat the Yolks! Fertile farm eggs have lots of niacin which produces good cholesterol.
