Hello ' jamesthepainter ' :
Unfortunately , this one' s NOT free . It cost me $30. for a program called ' Search and Recover' , manufactured by a company named " iolo " .
I bought it at Staples , The Business Depot . With this program , if you think that you' ve totally deleted something , especially things like photos or songs , by using your Recycle Bin .... you' re WRONG !
This program brings up files you didn' t even know you had !
For $30. , give it a try .

With the help of Photo recovery software we get back all data until overwritten by new data. If you act quickly, you may be able to successfully recover deleted pictures, videos, songs, on your phones, computers , camera or memory card.

You mean the program on CD - then no.

If you have lost photos off a CD, then they were either never burnt to disk or have been deleted if it was a CD-RW disk.

Try
