To be an Embodiment of good and to love sin… now THAT’S a contradiction.
For God who is Love to hate sin is perfectly harmonious.

“christians really, does god need you to make ecxuses for him all the time. is he incapable of defending hmiself in these matters.”
If you were expecting God to answer Himself, why did you not ask God, instead of us???? You’re confused again.

Yes of course it’s a contradiction if your premise is right but who is to say that god hates sin ? You have to have evil for good to exist in any case that I can think of. If there was no such thing as sin then all would be acceptable,. Absolutes do exist in human standards but In gods eyes he can forgive sin.

You are right. God cannot hate.

Both darkness and light are essential to make the drama we see as our life. It is the aspect of God that can make sense of all this diversity... you might say the anchor in the storm. The great "I AM' in that which seems to have no center.

To get past all the apparent contradictions on the surface, here is a good resource.

Then who's been climbing up the coconut trees and still look green?
Instead of becoming the Son of God.
Getting kick on the butts as casualty of the dead Mummy in becoming the Son of a dirty old man.
Luke 9.60
What do you think?

God hates sin.....NOT us, god loves all of his creation. Sin is an act of disobedience to God, and is considered an abomination to him.

If i hate the war in Iraq now, does that make me unjust? God HATES it when we decide to disobey him and to throw down his word, but he will always, and i mean always love us with all of his being.

Sin really isn't a big deal to us b/c we sin so much, but God being perfect cannot accept this; everytime we sin, you anger God......He hates the darkness that corrupts your soul.......but he will always love you. Sin isn't a real thing, its a verb.

P.S. I also HATE beansprouts, im not wicked now am i? =P

any entity who is claimed has manufactured a perfect world for humans to inhabit just has to be fired. This pretend god has done a terrible job. I sacked it from my life a LONG time ago.
