get a shirt in bigger size... too tight clothes dont look pretty. or you can wear body shaper underneath your clothes and there are gona be no rolls.
you cant spot reduce body fat so the only way to get rid of belly fat is by lowering your body fat percentage which you achieve by healthy diet and exercise - cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.

I look at things literally, so....
The way the question is asked, leaves some stuff out in my opinion. If you ONLY lose your midsection will you be "thin"? Chances are, if you have "rolls" (as you mentioned) I'm assuming you're somewhat heavy-set all over.
Someone earlier suggested getting with a personal trainer. I would second that. Go at a whole body approach. Simply trying to target your mid section won't do you much good. Start making a serious effort to make better food choices and above all watch your PORTIONS. This has to be a change for life. Please don't consider it a "diet". Drink more water, and get enough sleep at night.
These are all things you already know. Everyone knows. It takes commitment and discipline to get it done. If you have the will power, your desires will come and your goal will be achieved.
Good luck.

I used to have a big-time belly fat problem. Not anymore. Anyone who's seen my website will attest to the fact that I once had a hefty waistline.
The fastest way to get rid of it is with a combination of changing your eating habits and incorporating low-intensity, daily cardio workouts for about 40 minutes a session.
Here's some tips:
-Eat 5 to 6 small meals per day with at least thirty grams of protein in each meal.
-Eat the protein portion of your meal before eating the carbohydrates. (will reduce blood sugar spikes).
-Eliminate all sugar from your diet.
-Eat mostly low-glycemic carbohydrates.
-Eat only protein for the last 4 to 5 hours before bedtime.
-Do your cardio (maybe just a nice, brisk walk) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
If you do those things diligently, you'll lose your belly fat. It would also help if you start building muscle. And although it might sound like simple semantics, try to switch from wanting to "get thin" to wanting to "be lean". People who focus too much on getting thin usually lose their valuable, calorie-burning muscle tissue. That just makes losing fat even more difficult in the future.

First of all its not fast you want its dedicated , the first point is portion size do you find yourself helping yourself to seconds or thirds ? maby cause your eating the first one so fast your body cannot get the message u have sufficient amount of food in your system, then when it does you have more than what you needed which makes your stomach grow not fat wise but its copacity to hold food, you can shrint your stomach to hold less food thus getting fuler quicker by counting oz of food you eat then cutting down slowly after a few weeks you get fuller faster
second point what are you eating convinent foods are your worst enemy don't eat chips ect they are bad , I want you to prepare 3 sets of healthy snacks to eat in between your 3 big meals , imean light yogurt with a fruit , carrots in a light ranch sauce small ammounts of peanut butter on a apple ect
eating in between meals helps keep your animalistic urgest to binge eat at dinner lunch breakfast at a minimum
third cardio go down to your local highschool track dont be frightened by more fit people than you they will leave you along walk or run 1/2 mile for 3 weeks then add a additional lap with incramentalism you can acheave your goals rome wasn't built in a day and your true fitness goals are not ither
if you have further ?'s email me anytime
i myself struggled with being slightly overweight but im in great shape now

Use a warm iron usually about 80 degrees Celsius, lie down on your back and lightly iron out your belly. It is preferable to do this without clothes on.

Don't fear a little weight.
Get a personal trainer if you wanna be toned, though.
