DO YOU WANT TRUTH DO YOU WANT THE TRUTH HERE IT IS FRIEND!!!! 95% of all diets FAIL of the remaining 5% that keep weight off over half HAVE EATING DISORDERS OR PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS WITH FOOD, so if you want to lose weight you will be hungry and think about food all the TIME. So the best way to lose weight would be to some how find a way to lower body weight set-point. Here is he truth, the reason you have probably in the past lost and gained weight back, and will continue to do so, or will experience this is in the future, is because there exists a Body weight set point, AND WHEN YOU GO BELOW TGHIS LEVEL YOU GET EXTREME HUNGER AND SLOW METABOLISM. Set point is the weight we are genetically predisposed (at any given time in are life) to be at AND SOME PEOPLE HAVE HIGHER OR LOER SET-POINTS DEPENDING ON GENECTICS. Set point usually goes up slowly with age, and this is the reason that when you lose weight it is gained back TO YOUR ORIGINAL WEIGHT BUT USUALLY NOT FAR ABOVE. There have been no proven theories on how to lower it thus far except extensive brain damage, sounds like a bad deal. The reason the DIET INDUSTRY keeps making literally billions and that the U.S. keeps worrying about weight is because they won't except their set-point weight. Think about it if LOSING WEIGHT WORKED YOU WOULD ONLY HAVE HAD TO HAVE DONE IT ONCE IN YOUR LIFE, and then the diet industry would be out of business becasue everyone would have lost weight. Except yourself friend! Trying to control weight is very close to trying to control height, you can't do it without psychological costs. At this point you may think I am crazy, and that's your choice, however if you do decide to diet, the next time your thinking about food all the time, or your gaining it back, or maybe you have a terrible desire and drive for food i.e. crazy hunger from dieting, then maybe you will pay closer attention t acceptance. If people would just accept themselves and one and other then the world would truly be at peace and everyone would be happy....oh wait! except for the diet industry becasue they would finally be out of business.

PEACE AND LOVE AND ACCEPTANCE TO ALL PEOPLE ON THIS EARTH

You need to normalize your relationship with food. I think you should try www.weightwatchers.com. They'll teach you the right ways to eat and exercise. You don't want to lose weight too fast, because that will trigger some things for you. You need to keep a journal and figure out what is triggering your behavior.
