I'm going to Italy.I don't really remember if they permit mp3 players on board.thank you.

Agreeing with the others yes you can take it with you and you can use it in flight. Most times you will be asked to switch it off during take off and landing not so much because it is electronic but because they dont want you to wear any sort of earpiece or headphones in case they have to make an emergency announcement.

Yes but you can't use them during take-off and Landing - same with all other electronic equipment. You can use the MP3 facility on your phone as long as you select music only and not to start phone.

Yes you can use it once the plane is going. I took my ipod and watched episodes of Fools and Horses while going to the Dom Rep and everybody was jealous, as I kept on laughing.

Yes you can but your not allowed to have it switched on at take off and landing, have a lovely trip.

Yep u can no problem :) all u got to do is listen out for when they don't allow them to be on. Have a fabulous trip!
