CR Management took money out of my account last month and also this month. I have never even heard of this company, and what's even more weird is that this company has been taking money out through an automatic system (meaning they somehow got a way to take money out of my account automatically). Please give me ideas on how I can trace this company and find out what they're charging me for.

"R" usually means "Resources" for example:

HR Management- stands for Human Resources Management

However that is not always the case.

CR Management may be a 3rd Party company that is working for a 1st party company that you signed up for. This usually happens if you don't read the User Terms; 3rd Party sites may be used.

Check any and all subscriptions that are automatically deducted from your account, call around, or check their websites for a CR Management.

Hope I helped!

You see this where? Your bank statement? Call the bank and ask them where it came from. They may not know what it's for, but they should know why they did it. If they're auto-debiting something from your account, you must have given them permission.

When I see CR MGT on a credit report, it tells me the person is in credit counselling. Did you sign up for credit counselling?

If its a company it needs to be registered with the State. Try your secretary of state's website and see if they are registered.
