Lots of lean protein, green salads, and water. Add a little fruit in there and some great vitamins and you should be ok.

Protein-rich foods, but you must counterbalance them with fruits and plenty of vegetable fibre, and water.

Eggs, meats of all kinds, yoghurt, Soy bean sprouts, soy products, (edible) mushrooms of all sorts.

Dose your protein in balance with vegetable fibre.
Too much protein could damage your gall bladder, and tire your liver.

Avoid the artificial protein muscle-building drinks, because anything that accelerates cell growth at a fast rate could not possibly be good for you, and because if you do not continue to use the muscles you built, they sag and become flabby when you are in your middle age.

Exercise: real activity vs. gym bodybuilding: A lot of the protein-medicine, gym-pumped muscle is just like balloons.
I have the worst physique ever, and I managed to outpace a bodybuilder when walking uphill.

Do excercises that use all your body muscles evenly:
Swimming is one of the best, if you get a little coaching, and stick to what you learnt.

Hiking, mountain-climbing, etc. builds stamina and lung power as well.

Try to get as much oxygen to your muscles as possible.
Enjoy drinking lots of water, get the toxins out of your body every day.

Best of all, go to a qualified nutritionist and see what diet formula you should follow, and what allergies/sensitivities you have.

And start moving! Change your job to an outdoor one if you have to.

What I would recommend you to eat is Chicken, Tuna, Peanut Butter, and sometimes beef if you want but white
meat works best and to drink I would recomment you to make
a milkshake with peanutbutter and oatmeal two eggs but just
don't let the yellow part go in because is nothing much but
pure CHOLESTROL which is bad for you ... really really BAD
it affects your heart in your later future self . Hope it helps somewhat .

Getting buff comes from exercise. You can't eat your way to buff. It's like trying to drink yourself to sanity. It won't work.
