Don't get a one piece because that will make you look little girlish since you're skinny, shortish, and flat-chested. Bandeaus are also really minimizing to your chest (they make you look super flat) so that's not really a good idea. I would suggest a bikini. Since you're slim you'll be able to wear the bare stomach. A sweetheart could be good too, if you want, although if it's strapless it might not stay up, but it'll be flattering. Read up on flattering styles for your body type.
