I'm sorry, but even those that have "unlimited" Carfax accounts can ONLY use those accounts "personally".
It would be against Carfax Terms of Service to run the VIN for you.
Excerpt from Carfax legal disclaimer:
"CARFAX and its affiliates and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not modify, publish, transmit, display, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part. "
I don't mean this disrespectfully, but even dealers have to pay for Carfax & Autocheck full reports.
***************
You should ask the SELLER of this vehicle to provide the reports,
If there is nothing to hide, the seller can & should run the report, make it available to potential buyers, & absorb the fee.
***************
I/We consider that a cost of doing business & it protects BOTH the buyer & seller.
Carfax & AutoCheck companies are NOT non-profit organizations. They charge for their research results & rightly so....They do not allow paying users to run results for non-paying users.
AGAIN- no disrespect intended!
They just don't allow it.
And a person could get in trouble (legally) for doing it for you.
I am Sorry

I was looking for an absolutely free full vehicle history report
and found this very cheap, almost free alternative to carfax.
Just visit this site to learn more http://bit.ly/1nIS9Cv only $5 per report. This is the
most reliable and cheapest site I found so far. They are sourcing the information from
DMV so it's reliable.
There are several site offering VIN checks but there is no guarantee
about their legitimacy. The only true free vin check site is nicb.org but
the data is not that complete.
Although they are several sites claiming they offer good Carfax substitutes
oftentimes the reports they provide are very basic. The only way to get a legitimate
Carfax for free or cheap is to ask the car seller. If that's not possible there are
reliable cheaper sources. It's free to to check the VIN if it exists, but you'll have to
pay for a vehicle history report. They're cheaper than CarFax and the information is just as good.

If you are purchasing the vehicle from a dealership they will probably provide you one if asked. Also they are not perfect. I bought a vehicle in march 2007 got a carfax and everything was good on it. The seller told me that there was a dent in the drivers side back door that was fixed from when a shopping cart hit it. The carfax repot did not include it. I believe that the place doing the work on the vehicle has to report it in order for it to show up on the report. If not it wont show up.

No one gives that info for free. They have to pay for it, so that is why it costs you to get it. Carfax is OVERRATED and the data provided is not verified. i had a couple of carfax reports that had information in them that i later found out were errors. If you cannot trust the person selling the car to tell you the truth, you probably shouldn't buy from them.
