Do I find comfort in being walking dirt, not really. When I learned to live without blinders I learned to do without that kind of comfort.

Nothing is lost forever, is completely dead. How can it be? What dies, feeds another, thereby creating and maintaining life. Nothing truly dies, but is reborn in manner of speaking. Every breath that has been taken continues to travel in the wind. Every thought energy continues to flow in the rivers of this world.
Nothing really dies...but takes to the air and glides forever.

It seems, that the core being, the essence, the highest individuality, the *angel* in every person goes on. What dies, is the earth personality: that is, all those quirky, silly and funny characteristics that makes us what we are here on Earth. And that cannot be put together again. In my many meetings with death, curiously, I have felt that sometimes that's what I miss most about the person: that sillyness, inner conflict and quirkiness ... the *angel* is here but the *man* is gone.

Nothing.
When the physical body "dies" hair and nails still grow, thus nothing really died. The soul continues its life in spirit, or as another reincarnation into another physical body.
Trees may die, but they also grow anew branch. It's the cycle of life.
Nothing really dies---it just started anew!

A great question!! Thank you my friend.
Nothing dies, we become another form on another plane of existence. Life/Death is/are good! The Circle of Life. We are born. We die. We are born again. We die again.
We are Spiritual Beings having a human (any kind of life) experience.
What is Birth? Boy, I hate it when I answer a question with a question. LOL

Nothing dies. In the so called physical world energy is just transmuted. For us, the only real thing here is us, we don't die. What appears to be death is in reality the illusion of the world fading away around us because consciousness is no longer able to hold the illusion together. Thanks.

There is no death only the transition to another form or shade of life.
How can the wheel of nature stop turning? How can the natural cosmic law of life be defeated? This law is not only physical as seen in the food chain, but this cyclic nature of life is a force of the soul as well.

"And I saw a great white throne, and Him that sat on it...And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into THE LAKE OF FIRE. THIS IS THE SECOND DEATH. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into THE LAKE OF FIRE." (Rev.20:11-15).
