It would vary greatly with the temperature, exposure and level of activity, but a few days to a week. That assumes no liquid from other sources e.g. fruits are high in water, as is lettuce.
Of course on a drip, without drinking you could survive for a long time.
But it would be a painful way to go. Firstly your mouth would dry up then your lips would crack, then your body temperature would rise. Your tongue would swell up and turn black. Your heart would race, your kidneys fail, and everything would ache, as well as having a blinding, pounding headache right up to the end.
Not a good way to go.

The approximate amount of days that you could go without water in your organism is anywhere from eight to fourteen days. It all depends on the person. How fast the water and liquids are going out of the body. Sweat, urine, and tears go out of a humans body and it is very hard to predict how the water inside of you is being reduced and by how much.

You'll start to hallucinate at 15 days and your internal organs will shut down around 20 days. You'll be brain dead at between 30-40 days.
