I don't own a microwave, and I cook my own food. Once in a blue moon I will order a delivery food of some kind.

We rarely eat out and never order in -- so that means I cook. We always have about 3-4 ounces of meat with three vegetables. The vegetables are always fresh and steamed. So we might have broccoli, carrots and cauliflower; or parsnips, broccoli and carrots -- that kind of thing. Sometimes I add a salad with lettuce, onion, green and red peppers, radishes, shredded cabbage, shredded carrot etc in it with a low fat dressing.

We do have a microwave but have not used it for almost 2 years. I occasionally have canned soup as my hubby works late nights and I hate to cook for just one person. We don't order in very often, maybe twice a month, we rarely eat out and we occasionally eat ready meals, but those are always the best ones that I can find from Marks and Spencer.

well im not sure what your real question is, but if youre looking for a health tip, canned food and takeout is the worst to order. Just start shopping for stuff dude. Microwaves make your food taste so much worse than if cooked in an oven or grill

The only tins in our house are Coconut Milk (for thai curries)... then the reserve Chick Peas and cannellini beans as I cannot be relied upon to remmeber to soak dried ones the night before LOL. Everything else (meat, fish, veg, herbs) are fresh. No sauce packets/mixes etc either.
Only time the microwave is used is to thaw any soup/chilli etc that has been made previously, froom scratch, in a large quantity.

No. I don't like canned or microwaved food. I usually cook or go out.

I don't own a microwave and I cook my own food like u.

I cook Chinese meals so it has variations and lots of choices. I usually have steam fish, stir-fried vegatables (not much oil and not overcooked) and a soup. Meat would usually be stewed or in soup.

I either boil canned veges or microwave them, I eat a soy burger and rice with it. I hardly ever eat out unless it's chinese food or pasta mmm. Fast foods no ways lol.
