what does a dream about a nosebleed mean?

i had a dream that my nose just started randomly bleeding. does anyone know what this could mean?

It represents there is a issue in your mind which is constantly bothering you. And, by it constantly bothering you, it is draining the life out of you, as blood represents life.

It's not a dream - somebody knocked you out and when you gained consciousness, your nose was bleeding.
