How come my cookies turn out
sour n soft. I add a lot of sugar but
still sour.

What kind of cookies are these? Because unless there is something like lemon or buttermilk in them, they shouldn't be sour. By any means. Maybe you should post the recipe that you used....

Didn't you use any flour? The baking soda, in a large enough proportion to the other ingredients, could make it sour. Why don't you tell us all of your ingredients including quantities if you seriously want some help?

What kind of cookies are you trying to make? It may be baking soda, are you using too much?
