My daughter have long and thick hair but her hair length is not increasing since 2 years and in some season she face the dandruff problem as well, she also facing the problem of two faces of single hair from botom, please suggest me how should I take best care of my dear and lovely daughter who is chess champ and very cute, chubby and soft skin with beautiful eyes.

I suggest she should trim her hair regularly. She should also layer it so that it is not so heavy and easier for maintenance. She should also wash her hair regularly to maintain a clean skull.
The other thing is the shampoo she is using. Using shampoo that are not suitable for her hair type may also give her dandruff problem.
No chemical treatment (like perming, coloring or straightening) should be introduced till she clears the dendruff problem as all these chemical tends to dry the hair and aggravate the situation if not done properly.

To cure the dandruff, you might try a shampoo that contains the ingredient Selenium--it is found in shampoos like Selson Blue. (There is also some evidence that Selenium makes hair thicker....) Also, you can reduce dandruff by simply flipping your hair over your head and blow-drying it as you brush it with a plastic brush. This knocks the dandruff out.
Hair length is partially determined by genes. Some people can grow their hair to their feet; some people can only grow their hair to their shoulders...even if they never cut their hair. To help her hair grow as long as possible, take a daily multivitimin and make sure to eat enough protein and Vitamin B-12. But no matter how long her hair is, she sounds like a wonderful girl. ^_^

get them straightened in a nice parlour.
It is Zero maintenance after that. and your hair would look ooh-la-la-la!! :)
